1. work-at-school.
2. work-at-home.
you have the quintessential student’s desk. i didn’t know those things existed outside TV shows and home decor magazines. the books (with bookends), the photograph (framed), the coffee mug (on a coaster) (!), the unseen light source.
and also, thanks for the link though i don’t like the post much myself.
seriously, i think i’ve written something like 40 pages of stuff on the internet in the last week. and now i have to write just 20 /about/ the internet by wed and i think i will shrivel up and die. k, bye.
work is everywhere!!
that’s life fer ya :)
hopefully you’ll get through…
seriously, more guys need to start commenting.
fathima – it is a good desk. :) we bought/cut the plywood, stained and varnished the drawers. alhamdulillah, it is the proper response. you have a different relation to things you make yourself. but am only home to sit at it on weekends, and then am usually busy. my oma gave me the bookends. and the framed photograph is the third one here, for which zacharia laughs at me. i refuse to justify any of the other things you listed.
seven more pages, fourteen hours…
saraa – yeah. :-/ du’a…
I spy a usb thingy! Made my way here via Fathima’s blog, and I wanted to say that your workspaces really seem like mine, only there’d be a Dr.Pepper there in place of the tea/coffeecup.
cheers!
